Wellness

With over 20 years of international business experience, Arna Jade understands the intensity of high-performance work environments and the toll they take on mental well-being. Having faced burnout, chronic stress, and overwhelm herself, she has become a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, workplace well-being, and neurodivergent inclusion.

Arna’s journey into mental health advocacy was shaped by both personal and professional experiences. Balancing executive leadership, complex business challenges, and family health crises, she began to recognise the silent struggles many professionals face – especially neurodivergent individuals. As someone who has personally navigated the challenges of ADHD, she understands the unique pressures that come with managing energy, focus, and emotional well-being in a world that isn’t always designed for diverse minds.

Burnout, Stress & Workplace Well-Being

Through years of executive roles and business consulting, Arna saw firsthand how corporate cultures often neglect mental health. Long hours, high expectations, and rigid workplace structures contribute to burnout, disengagement, and declining productivity. She works with organisations to:

  • Recognise and prevent burnout in leadership and employees
  • Create neurodivergent-friendly workspaces that embrace different thinking styles
  • Develop mental health strategies that support resilience, focus, and wellbeing
  • Challenge outdated workplace norms to prioritise productivity without sacrificing mental health

ADHD & Neurodivergence in the Workplace

ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence are often misunderstood in professional settings, leading to underutilised talent, exclusion, and unnecessary struggles. Arna is committed to shifting this narrative. She actively works to:

  • Educate businesses on how to support neurodivergent employees
  • Advocate for more inclusive hiring, leadership, and workplace structures
  • Help individuals with ADHD & anxiety develop personal strategies for success
  • Challenge stigma and misconceptions around neurodivergence in high performance environments

A Personal Mission: Creating Change Through Experience

Arna believes that mental health and success should not be mutually exclusive. Through her personal journey, she has learned that success doesn’t come from relentless pressure but from creating balance, clarity, and systems that work for the individual. Whether guiding businesses to become more supportive and inclusive or helping individuals find practical ways to manage stress and energy, her approach is rooted in real experience and actionable solutions.

Her message is clear: Mental well-being isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. And for workplaces and individuals to thrive, it needs to be a priority, not an afterthought.
